The Granary Tavern was once an 1800′s style building with structural issues. BRS construction came into the picture and completed a 6000 sq ft complete new restaurant in about 10 weeks. CS Ventilation put in their ventilation systems, hoods, and kitchen. The basement was dug down, about 8 feet, and our men were able to come in and install the top of the line Commercial Restaurant Ventilation systems. We continue to provide our famous Boston Hood Cleaning service.
